Exchange and return policies

Money can be refunded and the purchase order canceled as long as the product has not yet left our warehouse.

Any situation that arises due to exchange or return must be notified by email to sending a description of the problem or reason for the return, photo in case of failure, and a copy of your purchase order.

All products purchased in Xtreme can be exchanged or returned for credit in our online store within 30 days from the date of purchase.

In order to apply a product return, it must have all its labels and original packaging, and it must be unused, likewise, without visible defects, which will be for Xtreme consideration.

The return shipping costs will be at the consumer expense.

If the product is returned due to a factory or manufacturing defect, the shipping cost will be paid by the consumer. Once the product has been analyzed by our team, and it has been determined that it was a factory miscue, the return shipping cost can be reimbursed, and the product will be exchanged for another of the same value. (Check warranty policies below).

No changes or returns are accepted for products that were not purchased through the website


Guarantee policies.

Xtreme products are guaranteed against defects in materials. Xtreme reserves the right to repair or replace any of its warranted products at its discretion.

Important. The use, wear and/or any loss as a result thereof, is not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not apply when the product is not used for the daily use for which it was designed and manufactured, when it is altered or repaired by unauthorized persons, and/or when the product presents physical damage due to its misuse and obvious neglect.
